We are no longer open at the Hub (The Big Chill) due to corporate ownership changes of these places. We are looking for a new permanent spot, but in the meantime we are only doing catering, special events, and sack orders.

We are booked solid for February. We have a few dates open in March-June. Contact us to book your event.

Capable of doing boils large enough for a weekend festival. If you’d had our boiled shrimp and/or crawfish, you already know.
