I'm so proud of my team and do grateful for them. I've been home since Monday sick. Yup COVID finally got me. My first go around. It's pretty much kicking my butt but, I'll be all good. Meanwhile Junior Divaldo Yente Sehman and the server have managed two dinners and a brunch without me. They have knocked it out of the park. The reviews are rolling in and I'm just really proud of what we have created and they have pulled off this week without me. And yes I agree the crème brûlée French toast is a must have!! ❤️
