SALT OF THE GULF 🧂🌊
We use locally harvested salt from the abundant waters of our backyard. We then add coriander, flavors of apricots and peaches emerge from yeast during fermentation. The result? tart and salty, yet fruity and spicy. We hope you enjoy this liquid trip back in time. Prost
