Good ole boys playbook:
The year of the election, get a staff member, in this case Danny Glidewell’s aide to file a lawsuit against the commissioner you want to defeat.
Make a big deal about what is a frivolous lawsuit , have taxpayers pay for lawyers, and get it in the paper so people will think bad of the candidate. It happened to me folks and it’s happening to Commissioner Johns.
Don’t be fooled.
