A Few Helpful Tips Before You Start
There’s no perfect time to read the Bible as a family — only the time that works best for your family.
For us, mornings before school worked really well — reading together while the kids ate breakfast.
You might prefer:
• right after dinner, while everyone is still at the table
• or bedtime, jumping into one bed to read and pray together

You might prefer:
• after dinner
• or bedtime, reading and praying together
Try a few options and find what works best for you.
If you miss a day… it’s okay. 
No pressure. No guilt. Just jump back in where you left off.
👉 Something is always better than nothing.
Even reading together 2–3 days a week is a win. You’re building habits

Parents:
The NOTICE section is there to help you guide the conversation.
You don’t need to read it word for word to your kids — just use it as support.
And if you don’t know an answer — that’s okay too.
Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and come back to it later. Tell your kids what God showed you.
Whenever possible, open a physical Bible.
Let your kids see it, touch it, and hear the pages turn 📖
