Talkin’ Tupperware with Susan

Whatcom County friends (and slightly further). Is there anyone who can foster a family member’s dog while we figure out care options? She’s a 5lb chihuahua who doesn’t bark and is very sweet. Please message me if you know of anyone. She’s at the humane society right now.
