DJA has subscribed to organic waste collections at all of our communities in California, including this one! We are excited to offer this service that has the potential to dramatically reduce greenhouse gases produced by organic matter in our waste collection facilities. As a resident, you can expect some information about this coming to you very soon about how to participate in this program.

Happy Pi Day! Today, mathematicians and bakers unite to celebrate the wonder that is the number pi (3.14.......) AND the wonder that is the delicious treat, pie! Pi Day was first celebrated in at the Exploratorium in San Francisco in 1988 and has grown since. Celebrate today by eating circular foods and check out your local bakery.
