🧡To best describe these cookies, they have a soft chewy texture while bursting with pumpkin and cinnamon flavor.

🧡Usually these cookies are cakey or soft because of moisture content from pumpkin and egg. Our vegan version helps us in cutting down the moisture and achieving same texture as our thandai cookies.

Story Time:
Today what cumin cookies look like is after I would say 50 attempts at different shapes, sizes and baking techniques.
I often look at other people’s social media and think about when will I get there. Because its all so perfect and seems to have happened fast!

But really everybody has a different timeline and path. So, sometimes we just need to keep working and let universe take it’s own time.

I am posting this to mainly remind myself and anyone else who is as impatient as me that if you keep working hard good things will happen.

Also, I know how difficult it is to wait! I usually ground myself with the help of my family & friends.
