Easy Caprese Salad Recipe:
2 pints cherry tomatoes (halved)
8oz fresh mozzarella balls (small)
1 cup fresh basil leaves (small)
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Construct it in that order and enjoy!
