Happy hump-day! For today’s WOD we have 15.2 CrossFit Open workout. Every 3 minutes complete the 2 rounds for as long as you can.
0-3 minutes *OH Squats 10 *Chest 2 bar 10.
3-6 minutes *OH Squats 12 *Chest 2 Bar 12 (Follow same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds)
