Exchange Bank was proud to partner with cybersecurity expert and former Assistant United States Attorney specializing in Cyber and Intellectual Property Crimes, Lisa Feldman, to host our inaugural Fraud Prevention Seminar for customers and members of the community.

The event drew a standing-room-only crowd, underscoring the growing concern around fraud and the critical need for education and awareness in today's increasingly digital world.

During the seminar, Feldman provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of cybercrime, highlighting common scams targeting individuals and businesses alike. She also explored how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, are enabling fraudsters to create more sophisticated and convincing schemes, making vigilance more important than ever.

The importance of fraud prevention cannot be overstated. According to the American Bankers Association, Americans lost nearly $20.9 billion last year, a 26% increase from the previous year. As cybercriminals continue to adapt their tactics, staying informed is one of the most effective tools for protecting personal and financial information.

At Exchange Bank, we are committed to investing in resources, education, and outreach that help our customers and communities recognize potential threats and safeguard themselves against fraud. Empowering people with knowledge is a key part of our mission to support financial well-being and security.

We look forward to continuing these important conversations and invite you to join us at future educational events. Together, we can build greater awareness and resilience against the ever-changing threats of fraud and cybercrime.

Exchange Bank was honored to sponsor the annual Agápe Charity Golf Tournament hosted by ATCO Pest Control and Eclipse Insurance. Proceeds benefited the San Francisco Autism Society of the Bay Area, bringing together families, advocates, and professionals, all united by a shared vision: empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

With over 22,000 people served locally, we’re proud to help strengthen resources and build a more inclusive Bay Area. Thank you to Bahar Ozgur, Nick Bongiorno, and our dedicated team for championing this cause.

Together, we can foster inclusivity and support for all.

We are thrilled to celebrate the 55th anniversary of our Coddingtown Branch. Opening their doors in 1971 next to the iconic Coddingtown Mall, this location pioneered Exchange Bank's first ever "Motor Bank" drive-thru service. A revolutionary feature at the time, the drive thru allowed the Bank to serve up to 2,000 customers daily and also introduce weekend banking hours.

The grand opening was a memorable event, featuring a preview party and a classic car giveaway with over 500 attendees.

Today, our Coddingtown Branch thrives under the leadership of Branch Manager, Cameron Belvedere, a NorthBay Business Journal's 40 Under 40 winner, and Retail Service Manager, Carrie Winn, a 26-year Exchange Bank veteran.

Congratulations to the entire Coddingtown team! Here's to many more years of success!

Exchange Bank was proud to sponsor the Children's Museum of Sonoma County's 2026 Time to Wonder Gala.

The event raised a record $605,000 where proceeds go towards the Access for All program, providing free and reduced admission to low-income families and Title I schools. Each year the museum prides itself on ensuring all children have the opportunity to visit the museum and learn through play.

In 2025, over 50,000 children and families benefitted from the programs. In-person play is one of the most powerful learning engines young children have—it’s not just fun, it’s how their brains develop language, problem-solving skills, and positive relationships.

Collette Michaud, founder and CEO of CMOSC said, “The greatest gift we can give to our children is the gift of joyful connections – something that every child experiences at the museum.”

Thanks to the CMOSC team and all who came out to support such an important cause promoting joyful connections and learning through play.
