🍩 Did You Know?

National Donut Day was established by The Salvation Army in 1938 to honor the "Donut Lassies," the brave women who served donuts, comfort, and encouragement to soldiers on the front lines during World War I.

More than a sweet treat, a donut became a symbol of hope, compassion, and care during difficult times.

Today, we continue that same mission by serving our neighbors through food assistance, shelter, disaster relief, youth programs, and so much more.

National Donut Day is celebrated all over the country on the first Friday in June!

Volunteers are the ❤️ of our organization! We are currently looking for a volunteer receptionist at our offices at 93 Stony Circle!

Are you a friendly, dependable person who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for someone to be the welcoming face of our community!

✨ Role:
Answer phones and greet visitors at the door with kindness and respect.

🙌 What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming phone calls
Welcome and assist guests who walk in
Provide basic information and direct people to the right place
Help create a warm, safe, and inviting environment

Friendly and approachable
Reliable and punctual
A good communicator
At least 18 years old
