Niko is an adorable 7 year old Halflinger pocket pony! Schooling 1st level dressage and trotting/cantering 2’6” courses, but can easily jump bigger. He is sensitive and forward with a willingness to work and desire to please makes him a great candidate for the show ring. Currently barefoot but has had shoes, x-ties, clips, stands nicely for farrier and easily trailers. Owner has way too many horses and sale of her facility necessities downsizing. Recent X-rays. ISO: A reliable person to assist in barn work at Santa Rosa Equestrian Center. As of now, I will be needing help am/pm on Thursdays and Saturdays and PM help on Fridays. Duties include:
Turning out/ bringing in
Feeding and preparing grain
Blanketing
Grooming/tacking

No mucking is required. Must have basic horse knowledge; haltering, leading, horse safety, signs of illness, cuts or scrapes. Also, reliable transportation.
