Just a friendly reminder. Cold and flu season is upon us. There’s all kinds of bugs going around. I speak from first hand. I know it’s hard to miss any of our workouts but if you’re not feeling well please stay home and rest. Don’t come to the gym. Give your body a chance to recover all while avoiding spreading things within the team. Happy Holidays.
