This floor-based, gentle yoga class invites you into a slower rhythm - one that supports healing, flexibility, and deep inner connection.
Whether you’re navigating pain, fatigue, or simply seeking a juicy, mindful stretch, this class will meet you exactly where you are.

We’ll move through nourishing postures, breath, and intuitive presence - closing with a soothing mini sound bath to integrate.

This class is adaptable and inclusive. Come as you are, and receive exactly what your body needs.
