My coach and I at my very first fight… 2 days after my 50th Birthday… It’s never too late… But it does take a little longer to recover…🤣🤣🤣

I may be a little too old to fight my way to the top… But I can keep training, improving form and technique and climb the ladder in rank…. Focus on what we can achieve not what we cannot…

We spend so much of our life trapped between the weight of yesterday and the worries of tomorrow.
