❤️‍🩹 PREPARE FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS EXCISION SURGERY WORKSHOP ❤️‍🩹

You prepare by understanding, visualizing, & being proactive in your recovery.

Join us for this free workshop with KARLA EHLERS✨Endo Rehab•Pelvic Floor•Digestion•Nervous System - Karla Ehlers, OTR/L, MOT, PCES, TIPHP, RWP-1 🤍

Walk through an evidence-informed post-operative recovery protocol that Karla has created after seeing so many gaps in the healthcare system, including:
💛What recovery looks like week by week
💛How to safely return to walking, exercise, work, intimacy and daily activities
💛Pelvic floor rehabilitation & core progression following surgery
💛Scar management and mobility
💛Breathing and core activation
💛Bowel and bladder care
💛Pain management strategies
💛Red flags to watch for
💛How to prepare before surgery for a smoother recovery

We can confidently say you will leave with a clear roadmap so you know what to expect going into surgery instead of trying to figure it out afterward. This is teamwork. This is advocacy 💪🏻💛🎗️

How many people have endometriosis?
The safest answer? “more than 1 in 10 females and AFAB people”
The reality? Probably quite a few more.
History has always minimized endometriosis and silenced and neglected patients. We never want to be a part of replicating that error. We know the problem is HUGE and we know that every person who suffers or has ever suffered deserves to be a part of the conversation.

Our recent round of limited edition “All on the Same Team” endometriosis awareness gear is using 1 in 7. Why? Check out this post for the rationale.

Whichever percentage you quote when speaking of endo, keep having good conversations. Look out for one another. Know that recognizing cases that do not necessarily look like yours will not hinder anything, but will rather get us closer to the truth. Recognize society’s historical shortcomings and be a part of the solution moving forward.
