Client appreciation throwback! This client was referred to me by a family member who is also a dear friend of mine, and I never take that kind of trust lightly. It truly means so much when someone is confident enough in me to connect me with the people they care about most.
Helping friends, family, and their extended circles with such an important life decision is something I feel incredibly grateful for. Referrals like this are the heart of my business, and I’m always honored to be part of the journey. My client has a demanding job and could not attend inspections. I was able to fill in for her and had her covered. We were able to make an under asking offer that was accepted. During escrow I negotiated seller credits and a price reduction. We closed and she Is now a homeowner!

Just Sold!! 🎊 My client and I first connected 4 years ago when she was interested in one of my listings. Although the particular home was not the right fit for her, she asked me to represent her as a Buyer’s agent. We toured properties and found a couple that we made offers on. After inspections, the repairs needed were overwhelming, so we cancelled. Life circumstances changed and she started to focus on Los Angeles county. Yes I travel! 😊We found the perfect property for her and made an offer. Through many negotiations we were able to get into contract at a great price! There were several obstacles to get through during escrow, but I was able to navigate us to the end! ❤️🙏🎊 🏡 🔑

Client appreciation throwback! This amazing friend and client, started her house purchasing journey with me, over 5 years before we closed on her home. ❤️She wanted a specific neighborhood. We toured multiple homes and dreamt of the future for her and her family. We prayed and patiently waited for the perfect home to come on the market. Once we toured this home we knew it was the right one! We were in the middle of a market where multiple offers on homes were the norm. I was able to write a compelling offer and we were able to get into contract under asking. We had a few barriers to cross during escrow, 😅 but I helped navigate us through those and we closed! I am so happy for my dear friend and her family! 🏡 🔑 🙏❤️🎊

About Candice’s Background:
From an early age, Candice was intrigued with real estate. Growing up in a farming family, she understood the importance of property ownership, income property, leases, and the livelihood that real estate provided her family. Her first employment opportunity was working as a research apprentice for the USDA, overseeing agricultural properties. Candice obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, with a minor in Psychology, and graduated with Honors, Magna Cum Laude, from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. While attending Cal Poly, Candice and her husband were employed as resident apartment managers of a 40 unit complex. During these years of employment, Candice worked directly with the owners and was mentored by them on the business of income property and the importance of real estate. In Santa Rosa, Candice owned and operated a daycare for over 18 years, while raising her 7 daughters. She has also managed two rental properties for 10 years. Following the birth of her 7th child, she chose to close her daycare business to focus on raising her 7 daughters. When her youngest started preschool and oldest finished college she couldn't deny her innate need to continue to help people and families. Having raised her children in Sonoma County, she knows that it is a truly amazing place to reside, and it made sense to share her working knowledge of the area with others. This realization led her to obtain her real estate license. Her love and compassion for every person she comes into contact with is evident in all who meet and know her. She is dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy to each and every client. Candice is hardworking, steadfast and takes initiative.
