Despite several concerns by experts that can easily be implemented to Fix the new Oklahoma Standards (currently the standards don't even have anything detailed about Oklahoma in them, despite being called Oklahoma standards). Instead of accepting the fixes so teachers don't run into the same problems as they did with the last time they tried to implement Common Core, Rep. Scott Martin says, "“I’m frankly ready to adopt them so our educators can start working on them for the new school year.” Please call Rep. Martin and ask him to stand with Teachers and Parents who want BETTER standards, not a rush to adopt the first thing put out as they did with the Common Core Standards disaster in 2010.
