«កម្ពុជាគ្មានបំណងចង់យកអ្វីដែលមិនមែនជារបស់យើងទេ ប៉ុន្តែទន្ទឹមនឹងនោះ យើងនឹងមិនទទួលយកការបាត់បង់នូវអ្វីដែលជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់យើងដោយត្រឹមត្រូវនោះទេ។ អ្វីដែលយើងស្វែងរកគឺដំណោះស្រាយប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌ មិនលំអៀង និងផ្អែកលើច្បាប់ដែលអាចធានាបាននូវសន្តិភាពយូរអង្វែងសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនយើង។»

ឯកឧត្ដម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានថ្លែងក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំចតុភាគី រវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ថៃ ម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួ

His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, delivered a statement at the Four-Party Meeting among Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the United States on 12 October 2025 in Kuala Lumpur.
