DESCRIPTION
We negotiate every day -- at home and in our work -- but what makes us effective negotiators? In this workshop, we will discuss the basic skills of effective negotiators, pitfalls to avoid, and a planning process for effective negotiation. Participants will engage in role-playing in order to reinforce the concepts and provide simulated negotiating practice.
