Our owner-operated company has been serving Sarasota and Manatee counties for over 10 years, specializing in hard-to-reach areas on high-rise buildings (four stories and up). We focus on niche, high-rise work that requires precise attention to detail.

Using technical rigging and rope-propel techniques, we access those difficult spots like rooftop soffits, balconies, or exterior cladding—areas other companies avoid. With us, there’s no need for scaffolding, lifts, or the delays and added costs that come with them.

While Elite Access doesn't deal with insurance directly, you can count on trusted, professional service from someone who understands the unique challenges of high-rise and post-storm repairs firsthand.
