Professional Chef. I got the beefs in its purest from to taste the beef quality. And not have anything get in the way. I also had two cups of the gravy out of sight of the camera, literally drinking it to see whose was better.

I say it once and say it again.
"Tavern Tile Cut Thin Crust" makes up 90% of Chicago Pizzerias. And is by far the most predominant pizza in Chicago and Chicago land. Not Deep Dish. 🍕
