Two years ago in February I opened up my home to a handful of people who wanted to learn how to intermittent fast towards a plant based diet. Over the course of two years, it has turned into a community. Many people have graced our door post as we impact peoples lives, and create community. We teach what it looks like to be in community, to fast, eat plants and love each other, nature and yourself.
