As Athletes are recovering from yesterday’s Youth Beach Sprint Championship, and Athletes prepare for the start of USRowing Beach Sprint Trials for the National Team, we worked to check all boats and equipment in the fleet to make sure everything is ready for the action to start first thing tomorrow morning. Good luck a great racing to all Athletes and Teams competing!!

Hosting the first ever Youth Beach Sprint Championship was an honor! Watching these truly spectacular young athletes tackle this new sport was amazing!! Congratulations to all who participated and supported this event!!!

Opening day of the first ever USRowing Youth Beach Sprint Championship is in the books. The course is all set and the rowers and boat handlers have been through orientation and some hands on experience. Great Job Today Everyone and thanks to everyone who was involved, it was an amazing team effort!! Tomorrow we get to see the rowers and boat handlers in action as the races get underway!!! Can’t for the excitement!!!!

Want to start a Coastal Program in your club? Our new project is a great way to get started. We got a great deal on this used all aluminum 24’ V nose trailer. We will build racks to hold singles and doubles along with all equipment needed. This allows us to go to any location and row while keeping our equipment locked while on the water. Additionally when done we just wash all the equipment inside the trailer and leave the doors open to let dry. At the end of the day shut the doors and everything is clean, secure and ready to go. Will post our progress along the way.
