Do you want to improve your health? I am always up for boosting my immune system. I made a pact with myself to include a fresh juice daily to my diet. Today I included:all organic cucumbers (hydrate), dandelion greens (detox), lemons (vitamin C), garlic (antimicrobial), turmeric (reduce inflammation), cracked black pepper (activate nutrient absorption) and cayenne pepper (stimulates blood flow). Since I am getting a colonic today (colon hydrotherapy) it helps to cleanse the colon to make it easier to extract the waste stuck in the colon. That is another topic which is important to learn about, but for another video. For now, try to add a fresh juice to your diet. Be careful of store bought juices as they can be very high in sugar and if not organic can be straight chemicals that were on the produce. ON ASSIGNMENT TOXIC CHEMICALS: DRINK THIS NOT THAT: SPARKLING WATER: Ditch La Croix!
There are more than 15,000 known PFAS (per- and polyfluoralkyl) today. Many of these chemicals are particularly resistant against natural processes that effectively break down other chemicals. Hence their nickname: "forever chemicals."
