This year Jim Richards, Jr celebrates 30 years in the Foodservice Design Industry. Starting as a 19 year old drafting intern his journey in becoming President of PES Design Group has provided him with some unique experiences, great opportunities and awesome clients. Congratulations to Jim Richards, Jr who will serve as President of the 2018-2019 Advisory Committee for the ACF Certified Professional Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program at Suncoast Technical College in Sarasota, FL. The committee serves in an advisory capacity, ensuring that the mission of the program, instituted and lead by Chef Instructor Brian Knecht, is accomplished. The mission is "to provide quality Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts educational instruction to meet workforce development and community needs."
