Clients always ask us what is the best time to seed their lawn, and my answer is “Spring and Fall” you will get good results in the Spring, however you will need to water a lot during the summer months to keep the new grass alive. Seeding in the Fall will allow new grass to grow stronger roots and provides a head start against w**ds.
