Having a good work life balance is important for maintaining good mental health and preventing burn out.

Some things you can do to help with this throughout the work day include:

β€’ Taking your break(s) every day!

β€’ Taking your break/lunch in a different room or going out for lunch (anywhere but your desk!)

β€’ Setting yourself as β€œaway” when not at your desk so you don’t get
bombarded with notifications

β€’ Not checking work stuff during non-work hours
