Dr. Lester Jackson is a small business owner, proud Navy veteran, and dedicated public servant running for Georgia Commissioner of Labor.
Last night, over 125,000 Georgians cast their votes in support of the reform-minded and results-oriented message we brought to the Labor Commissioner race. And while the results did not come in as we hoped, I am so incredibly proud of the grassroots campaign we built together.
Here’s what I know comes next: Even though I won’t be the Nominee for Labor Commissioner, the work we started will continue. I’ll be standing alongside my fellow Democrats to make sure we flip Georgia blue this coming November, wherever and whatever it takes.
