Proud to partner with our community to bring state-of-the-art facilities, new opportunities, and sustainable development to the heart of logistics. This is just the beginning!

Our founder, Mark Hall, is a generational land developer. His family legacy in land development runs deep and wide, influencing his early ventures in the Savannah market. One of his pioneering projects, Southbridge, a golf course community west of downtown Savannah, featured more than 1,000 homes, a clubhouse, a spa, and recreational fields. This significant project challenged the prevailing trend of eastward development, demonstrating the potential of untapped areas.

The Northpoint family stands with those in need in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Our prayers are with those affected by the storm, especially those in Western North Carolina who lost everything in an instant. We are ever grateful to the heroes who are working around-the-clock to help restore these areas to safety and habitability, and we will support efforts to rebuild these amazing communities.
