No one is going to ensure you are getting the time that you need to rest and recuperate. Not taking time for yourself is NOT a badge of honor. Instead, it is detrimental to your health. The inside job comes first from a place of self respect. The respect for yourself allows you to honor your needs.

If you are stuck in a cycle of overworking ask yourself why you are denying yourself your most basic needs.

Some people are addicted to stress, over-booking themselves, trying to please everyone and ignoring their own needs. It really isn't that hard to incorporate these 3 cornerstones for life balance.

Magic happens when intention fuels daily moments, tasks and to do's.

Saying no is the only way to be discerning with your time.

Self care and rest are fuel. They add to productivity, not take away from it.

People often forget that your diet can directly affect your chakra flow. Here are a couple diet guidelines for your best chakra health. 👇

1- Avoid too many processed foods

2- Eat an array of colors to ensure a wide variety of nutrients

3- Eat plenty of vegetables

4- Focus on fiber to avoid stagnation

5- Balance, balance, balance; a balanced diet is the best plan of action.

Thinking of March as the season of renewal is not wrong BUT...
