We need to take inventory of ourselves and take care of ourselves. We must take heed to
ourselves and to everyone else assigned by God to our care. If we don’t take care of ourselves,
we’ll be unable to take care of anybody else. If we don’t take care of ourselves, we may put
ourselves into a position where it’s difficult to even love God the way we want. If we become
fatigued and irritable, we can’t lift others up. If we don’t pay attention to the proper stewardship
of our mind and body, we’ll lose the strength we need to fulfill God’s will.
