Due to sidewalk construction, St. Helens City Hall (265 Strand Street) and the City Hall annex building (275 Strand Street, containing Municipal Court and Utility Billing) will have limited access beginning Monday, September 9 through Friday, September 13. If any City Hall customers need to conduct in-person business, please contact individual departments by phone or e-mail to schedule an appointment. If you have walk-in business at City Hall, entry will be routed through the Council Chambers entrance on Plaza Square.
