The Account Manager provides outstanding customer service, and manages all phases of each assigned project, from client implementation to final ex*****on.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
A minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management role within a mail delivery, shipping/receiving and/or print environment is required.
Create, implement and update best practices to streamline operations, standardize processes and enhance customer service.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills required to ensure progress in the face of challenges
Must demonstrate professional communication skills across various position levels within the organization: verbally, written and interpersonally.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite services.
