Weathered Rails

On January 9th 2021 we set out north to Greenfield again to get another round of Pan Am Action but first stop to see Amtrak 461 “Valley Flyer” head south towards New Haven. After that we head to Orange MA to catch POED after his Gardner Pickup and chase him to East Deerfield. Once we arrived in Orange he was just passing Parker so we knew it was going to be a while. And after a half hour wait we finally see the head lights of 7594 coming down the big straight away. 7594 like many C40-8’s are still in CSX YN2 or YN3. Once he passed we race him to Erving MA cutting close as we just made it before the crossing activated. We then race him to Lake Pleasent to see him one last time before entering East Deerfield yard. Once he passed we than head to the West end of East Deerfield to catch him split the train and go off duty, which I thought was a good stopping point
