Back from vacation 😎 We had a great couple days in Florida, where it was cold (for Florida). Baby boy dipped his toes in the sand for the first time and got to meet his great-grandparents. Big Sis said she "had the best day ever" each time we were at the beach. Their great-grandparents, Poppy and great uncle just ATE THEM UP! We are back home now, and I've got a cold that knocked out my voice so I'm not going to be doing the noon show today, so I can save my voice for 5pm. So I'll see you then - and hopefully you'll be able to hear me!

Shout out to the behind-the-scenes people doing the real work in the field in this business. Before grabbing an interview for me, my photographer Alec went out to shoot some video of a billboard that I also needed for an upcoming story. He had to drive around to find a safe location, find a place to park and found this spot...dirtied with leaves and litter. And in the midst of it all, he stepped in dog p**p. Alec...a true broadcast hero 🙌
