A note from Ben regarding COVID-19:

To all of our customers –

Downtown Custom Printwear’s largest concern is customer satisfaction and wellness. As you know, we are currently facing some strange and uncertain times, and we are just one of the many small businesses affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We would like to say that we are still open and plan on being open until we absolutely cannot be. We have a small staff and there are never groups of more than 10 people on-site at any given time. We are here to serve the community and all of their screen-printing, embroidery and signage needs.

We want to be able to help our customers as much as possible in these hard times. We are currently offering a 20% discount on all orders placed.

Pickups of current orders should be scheduled so as to limit in person contact. All surfaces are regularly sanitized and our staff are directed to wear gloves during the production process. Zero-contact order pickups are also available.

As a small business, our customers are our main concern. We are working diligently to create some retail products that will allow us to give back to our community, garments decorated with *CKHOME are available for sale through our website. A portion of the profit will go to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
