Spring finally showed up in Upstate New York… and so did I.

After a long stretch (and a knee replacement in the middle of it), it feels good to be back to a full schedule—appointments, fittings, and getting back in front of clients.

This is the part people don’t always see.

Whether I’m designing for NCAA Final Four coaches or working one-on-one with clients here in the Capital District, the approach is the same—fit, fabric, and function always come first. That standard is what’s led to having been named by Esquire as one of the Top 100 Clothiers in America for seven consecutive seasons.

Today’s look reflects that mindset:

A black hopsack blazer from Reda—lightweight, breathable, and built for this exact time of year.
A custom geometric shirt in blue, white, and gray with contrast details.
Light gray stretch five-pocket pants to keep it comfortable but still intentional.
Finished with black suede loafers—clean, versatile, and understated.

Accessories: Oris watch, black leather & sterling bracelet, and an Edward Armah pocket circle pulling in just a touch of red.

The goal isn’t to be overdressed.
It’s to be right for the moment.

Back at it—and it feels good.
