Lately I've been spending a ton of time working with many of my clients on hiring for key positions. It has been very rewarding to see them not only fill these positions but to see them learn the principles and strategies it takes to do so. Above all else, they have developed the patience to not just settle for whatever is available, and to keep searching until the right person appears. I encourage you all to do the same. After all, an A+ strategy in the hands of B- people, is a B- strategy.
