The Capital Region Aquatic Center will do more than host swimmers. It will drive year-round economic growth for our community.
Regional and statewide swim meets, tournaments and multi-day events bring teams, families and officials to Schenectady County during off-peak months, supporting hotels, restaurants, retail and other local businesses.
Consistent visitation stabilizes employment, encourages new investment and strengthens the county’s tourism infrastructure.
