Our lawn prep supervisor is responsible for preparing a site for lawn installation. Our supervisor will safely manage and work alongside a small crew to prep a yard for hydroseeding. Duties include light grading, power raking, hand raking and overall site prep. Must be able to complete projects in safe, cost effective and professional manner.
Duties include but not limited to:

• Must be able to run an Ag Tractor, Power Rake experience a plus.
• Direct the activities of a small crew on the job site.
• Manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery under your care in order to report needed maintenance or repair.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.

Qualifications:
• CDL Certificate (preferred, BUT not required). A clean driving record is a MUST!
• Knowledge and understanding of grading and grades.
• Agricultural Tractor operating skills a must.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly motivated - sees work without being told and is able to take direction.
• Strong verbal communication skills. You must be able to communicate with your crew effectively and professionally!
• Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours 5-6 days per week.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outside in various conditions.
• Snow removal and plowing experience a plus.
