Energy goes where energy flows and those early childhood conditionings from the stronger parent can have a great affect on one’s energy and how they view life and live life.

Later on these imbalances will show up as physical dis-ease in the body and also with symptoms of disharmony around relationships.

Learning how our energy “runs“ is like rewiring an electrical short in a circuit.

When I meet a client who talks mostly about their accomplishments and the amount of “work they have done on themselves“ yet they can still not seem to find a partner who “measures up“ or is in alignment with their spiritual growth… I ask them to make a list of what they are seeking in another, to walk alongside them as an equal, loving and supportive partner.

Once they have the qualifications listed on paper, I then ask them to take some time to do a self check-in, to see if THEY themselves meet those requirements in their daily self-care and daily practice.

That which we seek outside of our self is typically something we still have to work on within.

Trying to find an ‘equal match’ and becoming frustrated with the process creates a vicious cycle of wanting versus trusting, that the person meant to be with us will show up if we simply allow them to. 

We also need to remember, that the work we do on ourselves is never done, therefore everyone is a work in progress. 🤍🙏🏻☀️
