Riverfront Sports Performance is happy to open up our gym to adults to use for workouts! 🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️👏🏻

We are offering monthly memberships of $45 for unlimited access to our gym during open gym hours only. Adults 18+ years old can contact Coach Emily Sheehan [email protected] to purchase a monthly membership & for open gym reservations!

🚨Unlimited Weight Room Access based on availability (Times subject to change)

Monday – 7AM-9PM
Tuesday – 7AM-3PM
Wednesday – 7AM-5PM
Thursday – 7AM-9PM
Friday – 7AM-9PM
Saturday – 8AM-8PM
Sunday – 10AM-8PM

If you don’t want to purchase a membership you can pay $15 per day for a drop in rate to use the gym! 🚨🚨🚨

“Women Owning Weights” is a women’s fitness class that focuses on both cardio and weight training. Taking place in a small group setting allows for individualized attention from the trainer to further help participants burn maximum calories and work towards their fitness goals. Modified/beginner techniques will also be offered so that all participants can perform the workout!

PLAYERS SPOTLIGHT🔦: Eli Yusavage 🏀

Eli started training with Riverfront Sports Performance immediately after his high school basketball season ended in March of 2022.

On day 1, he made it very clear that he wanted to increase his vertical. During our first training, he was barely able to dunk.

The past couple of months he’s been strength training 2-3x/week and vertimax training 1-2x/week—even during the AAU season.

He has dunked in AAU tournaments and summer league games on multiple occasions.

In addition to increasing his vertical jump, he has also gained 8lbs of muscle mass and has made strength gains in the weight room.

Huge shoutout to for all of his hard work with us!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🏀
