Crib Cutz supports healthy, safe homes for pets and families. We will not provide grooming services to clients who prioritize purchasing narcotics over their pet’s care or who are actively using funds intended for pet services to buy illegal substances. This policy protects our team, our business, and the animals we care for.

Policy

No services when grooming funds are diverted to narcotics. If we determine that payment for grooming is coming from money used to purchase illicit drugs, we will refuse service.
No enabling substance use. We do not facilitate or support addiction by accepting payment that enables continued narcotics use.
Zero tolerance for illegal activity on premises. Any illegal substances, paraphernalia, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future bookings.
How we handle situations

Verification and discretion. We will address concerns privately and respectfully when there are signs that payment or behavior is linked to substance use.
Immediate action when necessary. If a client is under the influence during a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled and the pet’s safety prioritized.
Future bookings. Clients who attempt to use grooming funds to sustain narcotics use or who show repeated problematic behavior will be declined for future services.
Alternatives and support

Payment options. We offer payment plans and lower-cost grooming options within reason to keep care accessible.
Community resources. If a client requests help, we will provide nonjudgmental referrals to local support services and shelters, and information on pet-friendly assistance programs.
Communication expectations

Professional conduct required. Respectful behavior and honest communication are required for bookings and during appointments.
No harassment. Repeated harassment, manipulation, or abusive messages relating to this policy will result in being blocked and declined for future services.
