Our client, in the Pharmacutical Industry is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the Environmental Service Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

JOB TITLE : JANITOR/CLEANER
PAY RANGE: $18 to $20/hour
LOCATION : Swiftwater, PA
HOURS : 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday - Friday
or
LOCATION : Taylor, PA
HOURS : 9 pm to 7:30 am, Monday - Friday

A Janitor, or Cleaner, is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include:

Cleaning Interior Spaces:

Mopping and vacuuming floors
Cleaning surfaces with disinfectant
Emptying trash cans or recycling bins
Disinfecting Commonly Used Items:

Desks
Door handles
Office tools
Phones
Maintaining Inventory and Grounds:

Ordering cleaning supplies when needed
Outdoor grounds maintenance (grass cutting, bush trimming)
Snow and debris removal from sidewalks
Other Responsibilities:

Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
Performing minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
Washing windows and mirrors
Notifying supervisors of unsafe conditions
Operating floor scrubbers and other equipment
Dusting furniture and fixtures
