G Auto Sales

Greeting visitors, answering phone inquiries, and provide basic and accurate information via phone, email and/or in-person. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in basic word processing programs and use of standard office equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance customers who enters the dealership or sales lot. Assists customers in selecting a vehicle. Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Offers test drives to all prospects following dealership procedures and obtaining proper identification from customer prior to test drive. Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival. Maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Maintains professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Should have prior sales experience.
Must have excellent communication skills and must be organized and able explain the products, their features and benefits compared to competing brands.
Must have a drivers license.
A valid state sales license is required.
Bilingual a plus (Fluent in English and Spanish)
