Code Blue is a weather alert issued during extreme cold (temperatures expected to drop below 20 degrees), triggering a plan to help vulnerable populations, especially the homeless. Emergency shelter can be found at the following locations:

🛏️ 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, 982 Providence Road, Scranton, opens at 7:30 p.m.
🛏️ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (CIC), 445 North 6th Ave., Scranton, open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (open later if need requires).
