"Art Educators Make Art" opened April 7th and will be public until May 8th 2026. The exhibit is in the Hope Horn Gallery, in Hyland room 405 at the University of Scranton.

Our employee Travis Prince is one of the featured artists!

Miss Kelly's autistic support class read How To Catch A Leprechaun, and tried to catch their very own!! The trap was set and they even used skittles to make their own rainbows!!! Unfortunately they didn't catch him. Maybe next year 🍀

Quarter 2 Blow Out was a huge success!
This quarters focus: positive behavior!

Our students worked hard all quarter to demonstrate positive behavior, and they earned an amazing celebration!

Our 5th and 6th graders brought the energy to a Teacher vs. Students Dodge-ball Tournament — and let’s just say, the competition was REAL!

Meanwhile, our 7th and 8th graders danced the afternoon away at their Valentine’s Day Dance, celebrating friendship, fun, and great choices.

We are so proud of our students for meeting expectations and showing what positive behavior looks like every day. When hard work and great attitudes come together, we celebrate BIG!

Our school community is coming together to support two students from South Scranton Intermediate whose family was recently displaced by a house fire.

To help during this difficult time, we are hosting a Dress Down Fundraiser on Wednesday March 4th. Students may participate and dress down for $1, and any additional monetary donation is greatly appreciated. Every dollar will go toward helping this family as they begin to rebuild.

This is an opportunity for us to show what makes our school so special — compassion, generosity, and unity. Let’s surround these students and their family with love and support.
