She told me she didnāt think she was the āboudoir type.ā
She was quiet, nervous, and unsure⦠like so many women are when they first reach out. She wasnāt sure what to expect or if sheād feel comfortable, she just knew something in her was ready for more.
But during her wardrobe consultation, something shifted. She started relaxing, opening up, and laughing. She started talking about what she wanted to feel⦠not just how she wanted to look.
Then on the day of her session, that shift deepened.
She moved differently and trusted herself more. She even started showing more of herself (physically and emotionally). By the end she told me āyou made this whole experience so comfortable and so easy .. I really felt like I belonged here.ā
This whole experience I provide is crafted around belonging.. and feeling safe enough to show up as yourself.

Self abandonment doesn't happen overnight... it happens slowly over time while being so busy with life and responsibilities that you don't even realize years have gone by.
And this is completely normal⦠until you hit a point where you realize you donāt feel like yourself anymore.
This work isn't about becoming someone new, it's about coming back to yourself.

Iāve been thinking a lot lately about how weāre always waiting for the 'final version' of ourselves.
When I lose the weight or when my body looks different. When I feel more confident or when life slows down. But the truth is⦠our bodies are always changing.
Changing from postpartum, stress, growth... from life in general.
I look back at old photos of myself and think⦠why didnāt I appreciate her more? And I know a lot of women feel this too. Weāre always chasing a future version of ourselves⦠instead of learning to feel good in the body we have right now.
Iām still learning this myself. And maybe thatās what this work is really about... not becoming someone new, but learning to feel at home in yourself along the way.
Anyone else feel this?

She came to me after a year that shook her world.
After a decade long relationship ended and her fur baby passed away abruptly. Emotions ran deep, grief was heavy, and she was learning how to show up for herself again. She told me sheās been on a spiritual journey. and was stepping into her higher self, wanting to feel comfortable in her body and in life.
Her session was about loss, surrender, grief, and rebirth. And about feeling sexy, vulnerable, and confident all at once. By the end she told me āI didnāt realize how much I needed this. I feel like I finally get to step into myself again.ā
This isnāt is about showing up, remembering yourself, and letting yourself feel alive again.
Have you given yourself permission to show up for YOU lately?

The world is crazy. you need to protect your nervous system. You can do your best, but you can't do it all.
if you're constantly plugged in, scrolling, co suming, taking on everyone else's fear and urgency with your own, your body is carrying that whether yoy realize it or not.
be mindful of what youre consuming.
If it spikes your anxiety and thereās nothing you can actually do about it right now, itās okay to put your phone down, turn off the tv, and step away.
Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. Take one slow breath deeper than you think you need.
That's why I offer this experience.
I crafted it out of a necessity for a quiet space to come back down, to come back home to yourself. To take space for yourself, take a deep breath, and feel inside your body again. To feel calm.

I do not believe that your worth is dependent upon what you wear, how your hair looks, or if your skin is āflawlessā. You are a human. A beautiful, multifaceted human being whose skin has grown during pregnancy, who fell when learning to skate and scarred your knee, who has LIVED a life worth capturing on film.
